Produced from grated organic cassava roots. Our creamy-white and crispy Gari is fermented for a few days, sieved into small pieces and roasted to gelatinize it into the final granular.
Gari is a popular food in West Africa and commonly eaten by soaking it in cold or hot water and adding desired amount of any or combination of sugar, milk, coconut, roasted groundnut or boiled cowpea as complements. Hot water can be mixed with it form a paste and eat with sauce of choice.
When properly stored in a dry place, our gari has a shelf life of over a year.
